Our prepress department is equipped with the latest technology to ensure precise and high-quality printing outputs. Our key prepress tools include the Fuji Lanona Quattro Flatbed Scanner for up to A3 size, the Epson Pro Digital Proofing system for up to A0, and the Fuji lm Platerite HD 8900S Lo Chem CTP.
We pride ourselves on our cutting-edge digital print capabilities. Our digital printing equipment includes the Xerox iGen 150 Digital Press, Nuvera EA High Volume Mono Digital, Ricoh 90600 Production Press, and the Vivid Laminating & Foiling Machine. Additionally, we have the Intech Digital Die-cutting machine and the Duplo Digi PUR Binder to meet all your digital printing needs.
For large format digital printing, we utilise some of the best equipment in the industry. This includes the Epson SureColour S80600, Canon iPF9400 Fine Art Printer, Swiss Q Ayala Flatbed with 12 Colours and 2 White options, Oce Arizona 550GT Flat Bed Printer, Mimaki JV3 Large Format Printer, and the Kala Arkane 1650 Laminators. We also have the Summa Large Format Plotter Cutter, GS 900 Laser Cutting Machine, and Esko 10 x 5 Digital Cutting machine.
Our litho print capabilities are second to none. We operate with the B1 Heidelberg XL 106 (5 colour with Inpress), B2 Heidelberg XL 75 (5 colour with Inpress), B2 Komori B2 H-UV (4 Colour), and the B3 Hans Grohni (2 colour) machines, ensuring high-quality litho print outputs.
We offer comprehensive finishing services using a wide array of equipment to perfect and complete your print projects. Our finishing equipment includes the Autobond B1 Laminator, B2 Heidelberg Cylinder (cutting/creasing), Heidelberg Platen SRA3, B1 Fully automated MBO K800, B1 MBO K8 RS, B1 MBO M80 buckle continuous feeder, and the B2 Stahl Folder. Additionally, we use Polar 78 Guillotines, Polar 115 Flowline Guillotine, Heidelberg Stitchmaster ST450 (6 stations + cover feeder), Muller Martini Primera MC Stitching Line, and Muller Martini Allegro Binding Line with Solit Trimmer CB12 Uno Stacker. We also have the Duplo 5000Pro Booklet Maker, Morgana Digifold Pro, Iram 4 Hole Drill, Renz 360 Wiro binder, and the Heidelberg GTP Foiling Platen for all your finishing needs.
Our additional large format digital capabilities include the Sitma Mailing Line for heatseal polybagging with 4 inserts and automatic Domino address ink jetting, the SMI Semi-automatic L’sealer shrink wrapper, Buhrs 4000 Envelope Inserter with 6 stations, and Videojet Inkjet for efficient and high-quality mailing and packaging solutions.
